About
Image tools that stay on your device.
imgbox is a free suite of 24 image tools for compressing, resizing, converting, and cleaning up photos. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, so your images are never uploaded to a server, there are no accounts or watermarks, and there is no limit on how much you process.
Why we built it this way
Most online image tools upload your files to a server to process them. That means a copy of your photo — often with its GPS location and camera data still attached — ends up on a machine you do not control. imgbox takes the opposite approach: everything happens locally using WebAssembly and the Canvas API, so your files never leave your device. It is faster, more private, and it keeps working even when you are offline.
What you can do
Compress an image to an exact KB size, resize by pixels, centimeters, millimeters, or inches, convert between HEIC, JPG, PNG, and WebP, crop and rotate, add watermarks, check or change DPI, and view or strip EXIF metadata for privacy. Each tool does one thing precisely, with no sign-up and no software to install.
Built by CodesSavvy
imgbox is designed, built, and maintained by CodesSavvy, a senior software and AI development studio. CodesSavvy builds custom web and mobile applications, LLM and AI integrations, and workflow automation for teams across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. imgbox reflects that engineering approach: a fast, privacy-first product that runs entirely in the browser with no compromises on quality.
